The Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation (DBR), Insurance Division, handles testing and licensing of Workers' Compensation Adjusters for the State of Rhode Island.

Although DBR handles all adjuster licensing, the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training (DLT), Division of Workers' Compensation, provides educational materials for those taking the Workers' Compensation Insurance Adjuster Exam.
