In spite of rising unemployment, Rhode Island’s Youth Workforce Development System continues to grow. Effective April 1, 2009, 44 youth vendors will provide services to 2,465 new Rhode Island youth participants, bringing the total to over 7,600 youth receiving services through the YouthWORKS411 statewide youth system.
