New Youth Workforce Development System Turns One

Although workforce programs for youth is hardly a new concept, Rhode Island recently celebrated the conclusion of their first program year of the new Youth Workforce Delivery System. “What’s the big deal and what’s so different?” you ask, since youth employment programs have been around for decades.
