State Plan Modification
for Program Year 09 (July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010)


TEGL #14-08 also required that a modification to the State Plan to account for the additional funds made availalbe through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act) was to be submitted to the ETA by June 30, 2001.
