State Plan Extension
for Program Year 09 (July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010)

 


Per guidance received from the ETA in TEGL #14-08, a request to extend the existing State Plan through June 30, 2010, was due to ETA by April 15, 2009. 

Documents associated with this extension request are available for download: the PY 2007-2009 State Plan and Exhibits, Abbreviated Waiver Requests for Program Year 2009 (PY09), a new Customized Training Waiver Request, Proposed WIA Performance Standards for PY09 , the Public Hearing Transcript, the Plan Extension Request Letter, the Extension Request Approval to Governor Carcieri and the Waivers Extension Approval to the Governor.
