The Rhode Island Workers' Compensation Fraud and Compliance Unit is responsible for investigating fraud within the workers' compensation system, ensuring compliance with the Workers' Compensation Act, and providing the public with workers' compensation insurance coverage information for RI employers. General information on workers' compensation insurance coverage is also provided.
