If you are trying to reach the Unemployment Insurance call center, you may request
a callback by clicking here.

If you are trying to reach Teleserve to certify for a weekly payment, you may do so by clicking here.

If you are trying to file a new claim, refile/reopen a claim, or file for extended benefits, you may do so by clicking here.

Callback requests are honored in the order they are received. Additional requests will not affect your initial place in the callback queue.

Call backs are made weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to Noon.

If you are not available when the Call Center calls, a representative will attempt to reach you a second time. Please note that if you have received two answering machine or voice mail messages from the UI Call Center stating that a representative has been unable to reach you, your original request will be retired and you will have to make a new request for a call back.
