How can I check the status of my unemployment claim?

If you've filed your unemployment claim though our ONLINE system you will be able to check the status by visiting https://dltweb.dlt.ri.gov/ui-inet-stat//IntroPage.aspx. You will need to enter your confirmation number to view your status. If you've filed over the telephone, you will need to call (401) 243-9100.

What is my confirmation number?

When you successfully enter an internet claim the system provides you with a confirmation number. This number is proof that you successfully completed the process. You will need this number to view the status of your internet claim.

What if I've lost my confirmation number?

To determine the status of your internet claim you will need to contact the call center at (401) 243-9100 and speak to a claims representative.
