UI SIDES:
Separation and Information Data Exchange System


UI SIDES is ideal for employers and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) that handle a large volume of Unemployment Insurance information requests.


How does it work?


SIDES is an automated computer-to-computer interface for employers and TPAs to receive and respond electronically to UI information requests.

UI information requests from participating states are in the same standard format; responses are also in a standard format. SIDES produces performance metrics and provides audit controls.

What does it require?

It requires employers and TPAs to integrate SIDES with their internal IT system themselves, but technical support is available; there is no charge for its use.

How do I begin? You will need your Employer ID and FEIN to log in.
