1099 Tax Forms are Being Mailed and

1099 tax forms for unemployment benefits paid in 2007 have been mailed.

If you have not received your 1099, you may request a duplicate from this web site under "File a Claim/Access Account": and select "Request 1099", or by clicking on the link below.

If the Call Center does NOT have your current mailing address, you will have to call them at (401) 243-9100 to update this information and have a duplicate 1099 sent to the correct address.
