Customers have two choices to receive their payments — Direct Deposit or Electronic Payment Card (EPC). If you choose EPC, your card will arrive with instructions on how to activate it and use it without incurring any fees. If you prefer Direct Deposit and are collecting Unemployment, click here; if you are collecting TDI/TCI, click here.

Once you receive your EPC, please contact KeyBank Customer Service toll-free at 1-866-295-2955 to activate it. Please read the Terms and Conditions prior to usage.
