Effective January 2010

All licenses issued by the Division of Professional Regulation shall be renewed on a two-year cycle, replacing the current one-year cycle.

All licensed persons born in even years will renew every two years starting January 1, 2010 and all licensed persons born in odd years will renew for one year only in 2010 then every two years starting January 1, 2011. Licensing fees will be collected for two years at the time of renewal. The annual rate remains the same.
