The Right-to-Know section educates and trains both employers and employees that are either exposed to or have on the premises where they are employed any hazardous substances being used, stored or transported that is listed on the designated list of hazardous substances.

The priority of conducting an inspection is to effectively ensure that the maximum feasible protection is provided to the workers of this state.
