Mental Health Counselor

Provides services to Individuals, families, or groups using principals, methods, and theories of counseling to define goals and develop a treatment plan of action aimed toward the prevention, treatment, and resolution of social, mental, and emotional dysfunction.

Sheet Metal Worker

A sheet metal worker may fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet-metal products and equipment such as control boxes, drainpipes, and furnace casings. A holder of a Sheet Metal Worker license may qualify for a Sheet Metal Contractor license which permits the holder to employ licensed workers to perform the actual work on systems. A person holding a valid license as a pipefitter or refrigeration technician is not required to obtain an additional Sheet Metal Worker license to perform sheet metal work when AC handling equipment is 10 ton or less or when heating equipment does not exceed 250,000 BTUs. Teacher (Secondary)

Plans and presents programs of instruction using materials and methods appropriate to age and learning style. Elementary teachers work with children from kindergarten through eighth grade in many subject areas. Secondary school teachers instruct students in one or more areas of specialization. If regular employment is not secured in the three (3) year period, the CEE can be renewed every three (3) years until regular employment is secured. Professional Certificate – valid for five (5) years. The professional certificate is issued to individuals who secure regular employment in the public schools of Rhode Island. Upon securing regular employment in Rhode Island, the CEE is used to request a five (5) year professional certificate. Telecommunications System Technician

Installs, alters, repairs or tests telecommunications systems. A Telecommunications System Technician works under the supervision of the holder of a Contractor license. Limited Installer installs wiring and related devices under supervision of a holder of a higher license. Registered trainee may install wiring under supervision. A holder of a Telecommunications System Technician license may qualify for a Telecommunications System Contractor license which permits the holder to employ licensed workers to perform the actual work on systems.
