$109.00. Applicants will be able to apply for one or more
sections of the examination at a time. Re-exam candidates are
required to pay both an application fee and an examination fee.
An application fee is required regardless of the number of
sections scheduled. The application fees are: 4 sections
$110.00, 3 sections $95.00, 2 sections $80.00, 1 section $65.00.
