There are two ways to post jobs through the Dept. of Labor and Training

1. Post a Job Directly into

or 2. Post a job order using online form

You must be a registered employer to post jobs to EmployRI.

To Post a Job in EmployRI:

Log onto EmployRI

Click Manage Jobs from the Quick Menu

Click Create a New Job Order

Enter the job title, select the occupation, and select the creation method for the job order; click Next

Select job order Location and Contact

Select and confirm the required skills

Record job order details

Click Save

Once you create an existing job orders you can use it multiple times:

Click the job order title to view and modify it
(i.e., add interview question set).

Click Copy to create a copy of the current job order.

2. Post a job order using our online form:

The following form is available as a pdf or Word file. Please select one and complete as much of the form as possible.

Post a Job Online (pdf) or Post a Job Online (MS Word)

Complete the form and send it to us by printing it out using the print button from your web browser menu and faxing it to the Business Service Unit at (401) 462-8722 or save it to a file by using the save button from your web browser menu and e-mail it to the Business Service Unit. Adobe Acrobat 6.0 or greater is required to save the completed pdf form to a file.
