We will help you develop your recruitment strategy and provide conveniently located recruitment facilities with flexible conference room and interviewing booth space at no fee to you. Our extensive network of employment and training providers, educational and community resources, and pool of candidates will be notified of your opportunities. Your hiring event will appear on our website, under Job Fairs and Recruitments. Information and readily available application materials regarding Workforce Development Grants for new employees and training initiatives for your existing workforce, as well as Tax Credit information will be provided. To maintain your competitive edge, the latest labor market information concerning wages and demographics, employment trends, commuting patterns and much more is available and updated regularly.

The Employer Service Unit is prepared to work with you through various business cycles including economic downturns, reductions in force or company closures. The Workshare Unit will assist you to keep valuable employees partially engaged in employment as you work to increase business to your normal or increased operating levels. This does not apply to seasonal reductions in business. If it becomes necessary to implement total reductions in workforce due to company closure or reorganization our Rapid Response Unit will assist you to provide an array of services to your employees. Educational Seminars regarding Regulatory and Workforce Development indicatives are also offered on an on going basis.
