Donley Center Ergonomics – Working toward Prevention

>Services:

Job Task Analysis By quantifying the physical demands of a job, we can help you establish accurate job descriptions and minimum fitness criteria for employment.

Workstation Evaluation We offer both industrial and office workstation evaluations. Our qualified staff of physical therapists and ergonomic specialists will identify musculoskeletal risks – to prevent injuries and improve efficiency, through ergonomic and work habit modifications.

Job Coaching By observing high-risk or injured employees perform their jobs, we are able to suggest postural and behavioral modifications, discuss use/rest cycles and provide appropriate stretches to minimize muscle fatigue. This one-on-one coaching may be used to help prevent an injury or to ease an employee’s transition back to work.

>Education:

Ergo-Safety Refresh your safety and ergonomics knowledge base as we encourage your employees to work smarter and safer, not harder.

Office Ergonomics Learn how to position your employees for success! We offer one-on-one and group office ergonomics sessions.

Back Safety Explore injury prevention techniques, and review strengthening and stretching principles, to preserve the function of this most commonly injured body part.

Work-Well Watch injury numbers decrease as your employees become healthier, inside and outside of work. Stretching, hydration and nutrition principles keep muscles engaged and minds alert.
