The Donley Center Vocational Department welcomes all Rhode Island injured workers and private vocational counselors to utilize our employment resource center. In the resource center, you have the opportunity to work independently or with a vocational counselor to identify employment opportunities that are available in the local labor market. We have computers and printers (upgraded to brand new, state-of-the-art systems), several area newspapers and a variety of other printed materials that highlight job openings. Interpreters can be provided for most languages.

Participants can use our computers and resource center to:

	Formulate and print resumes
	Fax and mail resumes to potential employers (postage provided)
	Set up a free email mailbox
	Research wage information
	Search for job openings
	Learn to type
	Prepare for GED test, including pre-testing (computer/electronic and paper/pencil methods are both available)
	Participate in aptitude and interest testing

Orientation is held every Friday at 10:30 a.m. (excluding holidays). Walk-ins are always welcome to participate in our vocational orientation sessions as reservations are not required.
