Example of Ratio Configuration
Example of Ratio Configuration for Electrical Contractors

The ratio refers to the number of apprentices in proportion to the number of journeymen on the job site for electrical contractors. For example:


1:1 ratio = one apprentice must have one supervising journeyperson on the job site.

2:4 ratio = two apprentices must have four supervising journeyperson on the job site.

3:7 ratio = three apprentices must have seven supervising journeyperson on the job site.

4:10 ratio = four apprentices must have ten supervising journeyperson on the job site.

RATIO CONTINUES FOR EVERY ADDITIONAL ONE (1) APPRENTICE,
EMPLOYER MUST HAVE THREE (3) ADDITIONAL SUPERVISING JOURNEYPERSONS
