Additional Information Regarding Rhode Island’s On-Ramps to Career Pathways Initiative

The RI Department of Labor and Training was recently awarded a Workforce Innovation Fund grant by the US Department of Labor. The focus of the grant is to test the hypotheses that organizing workforce services through a targeted on-ramps system to career pathways results in better outcomes for customers and employers, creates greater system efficiencies and incentivizes greater private training investments.
