Use Allpoint, BankRI and Chase ATMs to avoid bank
transaction fees and surcharges on withdrawals.
2. Free ATM cash withdrawal transaction at all Allpoint, BankRI and Chase ATMs. There are 2,000 Allpoint ATM's in Rhode Island located in various CVS stores, Walgreens, Hess and 7-Eleven gas stations.
3. Use Member or Non-Member VISA bank teller service
(inside the bank) for one free cash withdrawal per deposit (95% of banks in Rhode Island are VISA banks):

4. Use your card anywhere (retail stores) that accepts VISA
debit cards instead of using cash.
5. Point-of-Sale Transactions:

Cash-back option: A point-of-sale withdrawal lets your withdraw money. Simply tell the store clerk you choose the cash-back option and enter your PIN. |

When you use the card at point of sale and you select "credit" and sign for the transaction, it will be a free-of-charge (no fee) transaction. |
6. If Chase or BankRI ATM is not available, use Allpoint logo ATM's (found at most CVS stores, Walgreens, Hess and 7-Eleven gas stations) to avoid paying ATM surcharges.
7. Check your balance by calling
Chase toll free at 1-866-847-8586, or on the Web site at www.myaccount.chase.com (no fee) or by using the Interactive Voice Response System (no fee) and keep track of your account balance.
