Unemployment Insurance Alert: Teleserve online experiencing technical difficulties

Teleserve online, the web-based process which unemployment insurance claimants can use to certify for weekly payments, is experiencing intermittent technical problems. Department of Labor and Training technicians are working to correct the problem.

In the interim, claimants may wish to certify for benefits using the Teleserve telephone-based certification system, available at (401) 243-9600 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. and from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

Please note that claimants have through Friday of this week to certify for benefit payments for the previous week.
