The public is invited to attend the fourth annual Autumn Job Fair, held in celebration of National Disability Employment Awareness Month. The job fair, which features more then 20 employers as well as numerous social service agencies, is co-hosted by Rhodes to Independence and the netWORKri One-Stop Career Centers. Designated by Congress in 1988, National Disability Employment Awareness Month features programs across the nation to increase the public's awareness of the contributions and skills of American workers with disabilities. The Rhodes to Independence organization supports people with disabilities in securing and sustaining competitive employment in an integrated setting. The netWORKri One-Stop Career Centers offer job placement, job matching and job readiness skills to the general public. About the RI Department of Labor and Training
