Spanish, Portuguese, and English via Internet

CRANSTON – The RI Department of Labor and Training today announced that multi-lingual customers are able to file for Unemployment Insurance on the Internet in their native Spanish or Portuguese language. The usage of the Internet to file these claims is a major convenience for the individual. A person can use the Internet to file a new Unemployment Claim or reactivating an existing claim. The use of the Internet for this function is available at any hour of the day, everyday of the week.
