The RI Department of Labor and Training held a Rapid Response session for recently laid-off employees of 38 Studios on Friday, May 25. The session, which was open to impacted workers only, included information on unemployment insurance benefits and reemployment and training opportunities. Rapid Response services are available to any Rhode Island business experiencing layoffs.
Impacted 38 Studios workers who were unable to attend today’s session are encouraged to visit a netWORKri One-Stop Career Center, located in Pawtucket, Providence, Wakefield, West Warwick and Woonsocket, or go to www.networkri.org to learn about available reemployment support and financial assistance.
