Systems upgrade to affect Income Support services this weekend

Online claims-filing for Unemployment Insurance and Temporary Disability Insurance will be unavailable from 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 20 to midnight on Saturday, April 21, due to a networking systems upgrade at the Department of Labor and Training.

Also during this time, claimants will not be able to certify for weekly payments through either the internet or the automated telephone system.
