DLT announces expanded Call Center Hours
Effective Monday, February 17th, the Department of Labor and Training will expand its Unemployment Insurance Call Center hours of operation. This change will result in the Call Center being open an additional two hours per week.

Claimants may also file new claims or reopen/refile claims online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at www.dlt.ri.gov. The department recommends claimants file online for speedier processing of their claims.
