Electric Boat employment information sessions at select netWORKri centers

The Department of Labor and Training is collaborating with Electric Boat to host employment information sessions at the Providence and West Warwick netWORKri centers.

Currently, Electric Boat is recruiting for experienced welders, pipefitters and ship-fitters as well as supervisory positions. In order to be considered for employment at Electric Boat, skilled workers must

  • hold U.S.citizenship
  • be 18 years of age or older
  • pass both a hair follicle drug test and a comprehensive BCI
  • be able to attain a Government Secret Clearance.

    • Thursday, Sept. 16 and 23 at 12:00 Noon and 2:00 p.m.
 
  • Providence netWORKri, One Reservoir Ave.: 
    • Monday Sept. 20 and 27 at 3:00 p.m.
