Rhode Island Unemployment Insurance Call Center will be Closed for the Remainder of Friday, March 1, 2019

CRANSTON, RI — The Rhode Island Unemployment Insurance (UI) Call Center will be closed for the remainder of Friday, March 1, 2019, due to a building maintenance issue. During this time, UI claimants will not be able to speak to UI representatives.

UI claims can be filed online through the UI Internet Claims System at http://www.dlt.ri.gov/ui/fileclaim2.htm. In addition, you may certify for your weekly payment online at https://uionline.dlt.ri.gov/
